JamOutList is designed with privacy as a core principle. The app stores all data exclusively on your device and does not collect, transmit or process any personal data.
1. Data collected by the app
No personal data collected
JamOutList does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. Specifically:
- No account or registration required
- No analytics or tracking
- No advertising
- No data shared with third parties
- No server-side storage
Data stored locally on your device
The following data is stored exclusively on your device (in the app's local storage and your iCloud account if you have enabled iCloud sync):
- Entry names, links and icons that you save manually
- Groups and sorting you create
- App preferences (layout, colors)
- Number of link opens (for the free usage limit)
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync, in which case it is stored in your personal iCloud account (governed by Apple's privacy policy).
2. iCloud sync (optional, Pro feature)
If you enable iCloud sync, your entries and groups are synchronized via Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to this data at any time.
3. In-app purchases
JamOutList uses Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The purchase process is handled entirely by Apple. We receive only a confirmation of whether a purchase was made – no payment details, no personal information. For details on how Apple handles purchase data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.
4. This website
Hosting
This website is hosted by [your hosting provider]. When you visit this website, your browser automatically transmits technical information to the server (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access). This information is stored temporarily in server log files for security and operational purposes and deleted after [X days].
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools or any form of visitor tracking. No personal data is collected beyond the server log files described above.
5. Your rights
Since JamOutList does not collect or process your personal data, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or delete on our end. All app data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted by removing the app.
